The implementation of principles of adult education and technologies of information and communication in teachers training

Abstract

The aim of the present research is to investigate in what grade are applied the Basic Principles of Education of Adults and Technologies of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in teacher training courses that are designed and implemented in our country. The intense concern for quality and effectiveness of teacher education in our country was the reason for carrying out the research. With the help of the literature review, the basic principles of adult learning areregistered in conjunction with teaching techniques that contribute to the implementation of these principles in teacher training courses. Also through the literature review, the way as well as the methods (ICT) used in teacher training are registered. The whole review demonstrated that in our country there is a significant gap in research in this field, which this thesis expects to cover to a certain degree and extent.
