Статут на нормативните административни актове в Република Гърция и Република България

Abstract

Actuality of the topic of dissertation research is driven by the processes of political and economic reforms in Bulgaria and Greece. This is largely dictated by the recent membership of Bulgaria in the EU and 30 years membership of Greece in the EU. Bulgaria enters the EU require the availability of new and modern administrative procedure code. Greece is a country which took place in recent years, major reforms to the system of administrative justice. We can affirm that Bulgaria already belongs to countries with modern legislation after the adoption of the Code. In the administrative-legal theory there is no such comparative study of practices in the two neighbouring countries associated with the regime and the implementation of regulatory administrative acts, a fact which motivates me to work on the chosen topic.
